| It boggles my mind how many critters try to eat yorkies...coyotes, hawks, owls, alligators... Maybe it's because they look like a bunny with that little docked tail. |

| What a really close call. That poor little girl must have been so scared and of course in great pain. Ocassionaly we have an owl perched in a tree out back at night and I'm always very scared it's going to get one of the girls even though we go out with them. Maybe I should put the harness and leash on them at night.

| We have Great Horned Owls here in our Yard, and needless to say my Dogs don't go outside. One of my all time fears! I can't imagine the helplessness and the terror of watching your dog taken away in the clutches or mouth of anything! I'm sure glad she is OK! |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | OMG, this is SO scary!! I'm in AZ and I never see owls - but this just proves once again that they're indeed around us. Wylie is 7 lbs and Marcel is 3 lbs - so both of them are vulnerable. Scary.
