| Smelly Ear I feel silly asking this but one of Lucy's ears has a smell to it. For lack of a better way to describe it, it smells like a trash can - kind of sour I can't see anything going on in her ear and she doesn't scratch at it so I'm just wondering what it could be? She gets groomed regularly so she isn't dirty and it's only the one ear?

| She might have an ear infection. I'd give the vet a Buzz.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | My 3 yr. old, Wylie, has had smelly ears his whole life - and no one has ever diagnosed anything. I kinda wonder now if it's yeast. It's a cute "Wylie-stink" and I secretly kind of like it, but it does get greasy. Did I just admit to a cute stink? No filter here...

| probably 99.9% of the time a "sour" smell means an infection. I'd probably go to the Vet and let them culture it just to make sure.
