BANNED! | I had to hand feed my boy. I Worked him up to mixing his cesars wet food and his dry puppy food. Sometimes I still had to hand feed him that. Now he eats his dry puppy food on his own, but on occassion he turns his nose up to it and wants some cesars moist food. I think you might find that giving her some nutri-cal to keep her blood sugar from dropping might actaully leave her wanting to eat abit, that always worked for my bowie. Good luck with the feedings. |

| New Puppy I also just picked up my puppy yesturday. She too is 9 weeks old. She would rather play than eat. She would nibble on her food but is more interested in playing. The breeder said she was a good eater and told me to give her cesear wet food in the morning with cottage cheese and dry during the day..royal canin. I also get worried that her blood sugar can go down. How much should I actually feed her. or better yet how much is a small puppy expected to eat in one sitting. She is going to the vet today for a full check up. |

| I wish my puppy would play! She just sleeps all day and when I put her down on the ground she whimpers and starts to shake. She's SO scared of everything! The only time she perks up a little is when I bring her outside with the other 2 dogs and even then she whimpers in between romps. |

| give her nutrical often ,,,,, it will also make her want to eat... I supplemented my puppy with Gerber chicken sticks..toddler food... . just to make sure he ate something ... I would give him these at night if he didn't eat his kibble and the first thing in the morning.... the nutrical should be given in between meals, or he won't eat anything... |

| Mylittle Mia is eating. I decided to try to wet food without cottage cheese and she likes it like that better. I like the gerber food idea too and think I will try that. She is now jumping on her crate and trying to jump out of the play pen I keep her in. I know she want to play with the family when she does that. Its so funny she is so small and yet tries to take on everyone in the house. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Then she's a TRUE Yorkie! I think every one of them thinks that they are the size of a Doberman when they are, in reality, closer to the size of a donut. |
