| Recommending Dog Food Hey all!! I have recently started Zoe on a new brand of food. I had him on innova evo but I realized that it may be too high in protein for him so I swtiched over to California Natural chicken and rice (thanks Debbie!). I have heard MANY MANY great things about this food so I got a sample and bought a bag. Zoe is OK with it. He never LOVES dry food but that is what I feed majority of the time. He will eat it when he's hungry (I free feed). I will mix in Merrick's can food 2-3 times a week into his dry food and he LOVES IT!! He has not been scratching much and his hair got silkier so for California Natural. Thought I would share since there are so many concerns about food. The kibbles are also a tad bigger so he chews it before he swallows which leads to better digestion!
