| PetzLife is a GREAT way to avoid putting them under! I have reversed the tarter on my Labs teeth, am avoiding any from forming on chynna's and have removed and kept my yorkies teeth cleen! Their ages range from 7, 1.5 1.25 to 6mo's. I use it on all 4 of my Dogs! I go through alot! I'll be mentioning in my next newsletter that I can order the larger sizes for those who want them. I currently don't stock them. Petzlife is one of my biggest sellers! Its a fantastic product because it WORKS! I spray in the am, and use the gel at night. Its easy! And it was made for dogs who don't want their teeth brushed! And for Cats who simply WON"T let you brush their teeth! If you can brush their teeth it will work twice as fast!!! I send directions with every set. Shipping is only 4.05 and it takes 2 to 3 days to get to you. Here is a thread where a couple of members talk about Petzlife... I'm sure you can PM any of them and get a first hand answer as to how they like the product. Its always nice to have a few reviews. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...light=petzlife And YES! if you stick with it... you will NEVER visit the vet for a teeth cleaning again! My Labs teeth are SO clean he will never need to go in... All I need to do is KEEP IT UP!

| I was wondering is is necessary to have both the jell and spray? I just ordered the jell which was $27.00. The description led me to believe that it was one or the other and that the jell worked faster? Please let me know if I should also order the spray as well. I am thrilled that there are soo many knowledgeable people on this site! I am going to cancel Peanut's teeth cleaning appointment first thing in the morning. I get soooo nervous having her put under. Last time couldn't be helped since she was spayed at the same time.

| I have the Petz Life.. but I must admit I have not been using it. His teeth are starting to show a bit of discolorization at the gum line... After I believe Kathryn V showed that photo of her dogs teeth I was amazed... I stopped using it because he hates..hates..hates it. As soon as he sees the tooth brush he runs from me & goes under the bed. I felt like he thought I was doing mean things to him so I quit... No more, he's getting his teeth brushed. I'm now using it daily... we'll see soon if it works for us

| You know... you can still use it without the brush... not that I want everyone to put their brushes away! Brushing is best!!!! I can't stress that enough! BUT.... Using the spray and gel is Much better than nothing at all!!! And its a thousand times better than putting them under and having their teeth cleaned only to have the process of build up start over again and face putting them under again over and over again! The peoduct was designed to be used without a brush... and its effectivness is multiplied by brushing with something as simple even as your finger and gauze! A finger brush or a bristel brush works wonders! All you need to do is apply a dab of gel on their teeth if they'll let you, if not, on their lips or outer oupper hair... they will lick it off.. and once in their mouth the enzymes will go to work, eating at the plaque and tarter softening it up! And slowly buy surely it will vanish! If you brush you will knock it right off because it is softened and not hard as stone, thus clearing so much faster! I spray in the am and gel in the PM, I dab on the K9's and Spray on spray on each side of the mouth... I just peel the lips back with one hand and spray or wipe gel with the other... at first its a fight... but after a week or two its part of the daily dance. And it was worth the fight! So many pets don't wake up! I would never forgive myself if I ever lost one of my guys that way! Not when its totally preventable. I guess I could get a way with doing just the gel or just the spray... But I use both... they just work well together, and I'm not messing with what works! k

| After doing some research online, I've found that individually the ingredients are safe to use while pregnant, and they don't pose any risk when combined. It wouldn't hurt to ask your vet, they all have their opinions. If you supplied them a list of the ingredients I'm sure they would give theirs. Water, Grain Alcohol, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Proprietary Blend of Herbs and Natural Oils. If you feel at all funny about using it while they are carrying... don't. They are not with pups for very long and you can always pick up where you left off as soon as they deliver. You know whats best for your baby! Trust yourself... Caution is a good thing, but over caution can lead to crazy worry.. lol It all comes down to your gut.
