| You need to look on the bag that the food came in. There should be a feeding guide on there that will tell you exactly how much to feed a day. |

| It depends on the food and the weight of the dog. Mine free feed, I have no idea who eats how much. |

| she eats alot she always eats all of her food and she is teething i just didnt want to be overfeeding... im a worry mommy lol

They tend to nibble thru out the day. Some are so picky that my concern is, are they eating enough? I weigh my puppies several times a week. Since yours is older, yet very tiny. I personally would do the same thing. They don't over eat, there are times you need to keep an eye on one or two. But the majority is they do not over eat. You want them to maintain a healthy weight. | Abbey is 2 1/2 pounds at 4 1/2 months. I feed her Innova puppy and am in the process of trying to switch her to Canidae (it is just as good but much cheaper). Both bags say 1/2 cup per day for her weight. I feed her 1/8 cup in am and pm along with 1 teaspoon of Merrick's wet and leave another 1/8 cup in her bowl during the day to free feed. I also put a few kibbles in her bowl at night "just in case. She eats all of her am and pm meals and 'some' of her dry kibble left in her bowl. As others have suggested, look on the bag of food and see what is recommended for Gracie's weight. Then just spread that amount out over the day. I don't think age matters much when they are puppies.
