wellness By the looks of the ingrediants look better on the wellness. I dont use either, but you can just read it and see. |
I would feed Innova because I can find it at a petstore near our house. |
I feed Wellness and it works really well with Simon's sensitive tummy. Both Hallie and Simon love it! |
Innova EVA I fed Wellness Fish and Sweetpotato for almost a year because it was recommended to me for Chattie's dry coat. I saw no change in her coat condition so I switched to Innova EVO -- it has been a little over a year now and her coat is looking and feeling so much better, not perfect yet,but improved tremendously. |
I drive 65 miles one way to buy Innova and would gladly drive 100. :) |
I feed both! I mix them together & Lucky loves! Why choose? Pick both! :D :p |
I just started feeding Cassie Innova, wasn't sure you could get it here in Canada but you can. I was going to start her on Brewers Yeast with Garlic too, but the man at the store said that maybe if this food has garlic in it, that I wouldn't need the other. Does anybody know if this is right or not |
Carol, here is Innova's website. I am not sure which one you are feeding Cassie but their website you tell you the ingredients. http://www.naturapet.com/display.php?d=home-tab |
Innova EVO all the way!! Sometimes even special order it. Wellness has given Jolene diarrhea in the past and she doesn't really eat it well. Gobbles up EVO like she hasn't eaten in days. |
Innova, but I swear by Solid Gold Wee Bits for my little guys and Solid Gold Wolf Kinf for my big guys. It's the best brand of food out there, personally that I've seen. It does wonders for allergies, coats, etc. lol So if our boutique or no one else in town didn't sell the Solid Gold, I would og with the Innova Evo. It's the next best thing we sell. |
Innova, they both did not like wellness and Maddy eats everything! |
Innova EVO all the way ;) I really like Innova EVO.. I used to have my dogs on just the regular Innova, but I really like the EVO.. another misconception that is still floating around is that a food with a high protein content causes kidney damage. this goes back to research that has been declared as outdated quite some time ago. as long as quality protein is used (which is easily digestible), there is no problem, the evo is fine, it's all highly digestible protein, unlike poor quality foods, and the big advantage is that it is grain free. dogs evolved as carnivorous animals and their digestive tract is designed to utilize primarily meat and fat, not carbohydrates. things are different if a dog already suffers from liver disease, and a specialized diet may be necessary, but for that i'd have the dog thoroughly checked by a vet. it is true that the amount of water dogs have to drink to compensate must be taken into consideration. some dogs simply do not drink enough. that is why i am a huge advocate of always adding water to kibble and not feed it dry in large amounts, regardless if it is evo or not. as always, not every food is ideal for every dog and you might find that regular innova adult (which comes as a "small bites" variety btw ) might work out better |
I give Tiger Innova . . . |
Thanks for all the feedback! I'm feeding Zoe Wellness right now and am thinking about switching to Innova EVO really soon. BTW, he LOVES the merrick pupply plate wet food. Just thought maybe I should share that. |
