I just posted a threat yesterday. Yes, we did ultrosound yesterday. Read http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...commended.html |
well... My vet didn't mention this food, she said that I should continue home made food like ground turkey, chicken with yam, etc. This is review on Hills. Thank you, no trust here. https://www.consumeraffairs.com/pets/hills.html + Busted: Dogs Naturally Calls Bull$hit On Prescription Diet Dog Food - Dogs Naturally Magazine |

I have many many years of caring for yorkies and use prescription foods as recommended. Those foods have saved the lives of many pups...mine as well as others. I don't go the holistic route. :) I can see using it as adjunct treatment, but never as a substitute for tried and proven western medicine. You need to check your sources for this dog food information....reading things on the internet don't make them true. |

Hill's spends a huge amount of money testing their foods and on quality control AND veterinary nutritionists. So does Royal Canin. They are two very reputable companies. |

My Vet did blood work this morning. It’s like there are so many opinions I don’t know what’s best? I lost my female to the same thing 3 years ago. She was only 4. I have been feeding Fromm for years and felt it is a good food. I want the best for my boy. I can’t stand the thought of losing another one. |

Excuse me....it is NOT CHEAP food and not FOUND IN STORES. You don't need to read it? I say you do because you have yet to post what is tried, tested and proven......but I had a feeling you might come back with this kind of rhetoric based upon your posts here and that other thread today about food. Feel free to have your opinions and share them; but kindly refrain from acting like you know it all and others are feeding junk to their pups. I find your posts on both threads today to be arrogant and offensive. |

Pancreatitis is nothing to mess with. Please be VERY careful who you listen to. As I said, there is SO much misinformation on the web. Why don't you go on the site I posted and see if you can find some information there? And, perhaps write to that vet nutritionist. |
