Ebay. They were from a seller in Lithuania. My order has shipped and should be here sometime next week. Woo Hoo! |
Apparently Baltic Amber has many medicinal qualities. I've even found a recipe for making a Baltic Amber Tinture. I'm going to give it a go when my supply arrives. Sounds very interesting. "Baltic Amber is an analgesic and has anti-fever functions. It helps ease joint pain and is known as “an Elixir of Youth.” Many Europeans use Baltic Amber tinctures as part of their health maintenance routine and have a centuries-long history of using natural medical cures (alternative medicine). The use of tinctures has a long history and goes back to the medieval days when amber workers did not die of the Black Plague." |
I got some feedback from my raw group on this. A breeder does use the collars and it does work. But not in water, it creates the static and that doesn't happen when they go for a swim. She said she has been using this for years and got the information from a breeder in Sweden. |
Chatties Mum you are a clever creature aren't you, well done |
