| BalanceIt has an all meat diet if you would rather do that and still want to cook the food. It is used w/ their carnivores blend product. You also could email the company and ask Dr Delaney or his staff to direct you to the diets that might be lower carbohydrate options if that is what you want to do, assuming you still want to use balance it. Petdiets.com also has an all meat chicken diet. She suggests cooking the meat, but says elsewhere that any of her diets can be fed raw if that's what you want to do.

| But who cares.....getting that way anyway... My husband laughed when I did this but it solved the problem! Why not let them choose?! I laid down SIX different dishes.....four of the most recent "acceptables" and two new ones totally different . All of what she is used to was chicken based dry in various brands topped with chicken whatever wet in various brands. Then I thought why not get totally away from chicken and I switched to Fromm game bird in another bowl one moist and one dry. I had got samples and she seemed more interested in this. She sniffed them all Then... Voila ....she picked the Fromm game bird DRY! And has been eating it ever since. Amazing... But for those of you who seem to think moistening the dry is the thing to do, try biting into one. It is surprising how easy it crumbles...... Good luck! |
