| anyone tried Wellness Brand Dog food? My Mitsi has anal gland issues so the vet told me to try a food with one type of protein in it, and make it fish, because fish is one that they don't normally eat. So far Her glands have still swollen but the fluid is thinner and has WAY less of a smell. I was just wondering what You guys thought of wellness food? She was on Blue Buffalo but their fish is a mixed one with turkey so We had to switch over. |

| thanks She really does love the taste of this food, I was kinda supervised. You know Her glands go crazy when She is stressed, but our vet is convinced that stress and anal glands don't connect at all. its nice to hear that someone else has noticed this and Im not just weird |

| What protein are you feeding now? Venison or Duck, even Buffalo is another good option. Mine tried the Wellness Core couple of years back & they did very well on it.

| Toki was on the Wellness Core Reduced Fat when we were getting her weight down and she enjoyed the taste of it even though the pieces were kinda of big. |

| Peanut doesn't eat the kibble, but I get the Wellness Pure treats for him. He loves em and he does great on them.

| If she likes the fish taste, you might try Taste of the Wild, Pacific Stream. They will give you samples to try.

| I thought Wellness seemed like a good kibble option. Unfortunately I have two dogs that can not eat anything that didnt have feathers. |

| We tried Wellness for a short while. It gave some of my dogs horrible gas, just like all foods made by Diamond do. I cannot feed them ANYTHING made by Diamond if I don't want to deal with the green fog!

| Oh no that's bad! Mitsi used to get the worst gas on Royal Canine food our vet gave us samples of. For such a small Dog they can really stink up an area sometimes haha |

I stopped feeding Wellness Core bc I wanted a food w/out any potatoes in it. I can't remember if they had gas on that food.
