| Im sorry. Just know you did everything you could do. He was too young and tiny to be in your possession he should have been with the breeder and his mommy untill he was at least 12 weeks old. Then the breeder would have known if he were thriving and you wouldnt have been trying to feed him every couple of hours to keep him alive. That was the breeders job not yours. Im sorry again just dont blame yourself

I agree with KJC about determining cause of death so that you can determine how to handle things with the breeder. Plus, depending on the problem, she may need to know because it may impact her other dogs. I am very sorry.

| YT 2000 Club Donating Member | I am very sorry for your loss. First of all I think as others have posted, you call your vet and have a necropsy done. You may need this in order to validateI your health guarantee; and besides which, I would really want to know if at all possible why one of my pups died. I do hope you remain a member here, and research this beautiful breed more. So many articles from "how to find a responsible breeder". to best immunization protocols for our wee pups, to lots of training tips, etc.

| I am so sorry for your loss. I agree with what some of the other members have posted. Your breeder should have kept the pup longer. It sounds like you did everything you could. Again, I am so sorry.

| So sorry for you loss. It sounds like your puppy was sick from the start. I hope you contacted to notify them the breeder. I not sure what state you live in but some have "puppy lemon laws" to protect people like yourself. You may be able to legally make her pay for what happened to you puppy. Home-The Official Puppy Lemon Law Just something to check out.

| Sorry for you loss. Poor little spanky. I had a couple issues with my 12 wk old pup eating but thankfully he survived as he was older and more hearty. RIP |

| I am so sorry for your loss. I agree that poor little puppy was probably sick from the beginning. It is no fault of yours. Have you contacted the breeder yet to let her know? You should be compensated for your loss and hurt. I would let a vet of your choice determine what was wrong with the puppy in case this breeder tries some unsavory business. |
