I have read here that it is a myth that withholding water aids potty training. Something about not stretching/exercising the bladder, and some other details I do not recall at the moment. Maybe Nancy1999 will explain it here.
In my opinion, food depends on the dog. If you have a good eater and your pup isn't a tiny, I don't think it is necessary. Some pups are really good self-regulators, others will keep eating. | |
