Hi everyone! I need advice on neutering/spaying. I have a one year old male yorkie. He is not neutered. I have wanted to get him neutered since he was eight months old BUT my husband is completely against it for ridiculous reasons

. We recently got a new baby girl. She is now 3 1/2 months old. She will definitely be spayed as I do not intend to breed her, even though my husband would if he had his way. I'm looking for advice because I definitely do not want a sex driven male!! I want a happy male yorkie and do not want him to start marking the house. He marks outside like crazy but recently, he started peeing in the house again

We've had him since he was 3 months old. Potty training was a struggle and he finally caught on. He continued going outside even when we got the new baby. He also had a pad in his little area (laundry room blocked with a gate when we go to work) but now, since we separte them while we are away (she is in the laundry room), we moved his pad to the kitchen and he has full run of the house, since he was potty trained. He has started peeing and pooping during the day while i'm at work and does not use the pad..

it doesnt seem like marking to me as it is a big puddle of urine and poop but i'm extremely confused and do not know what to do! Can anyone offer any advice, suggestions, etc...?? I'm so confused, frustrated and feel irritated all of the time (mostly with my husband because of his stubborness towards neutering). But also because of the fact that Doobie was potty trained and wasnt going in the house and now he is again! I appreciate the time you take to respond to this. Thank you in advance!
