| Eukanuba Puppy Food Hi All, I have a newly adopted puppy. I got her 2 weeks ago now. I have been feeding her Eukanuba puppy food for small breeds. She is now eating about 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup everyday she is 15 weeks. She is still very small, and she doesn't really like her food but I think she eats just so she wont starve. I am wondering, if I should look at switching her food or leave her eating what she is. After all she is eating.. Is Eukanuba a good brand? I was thinking about Royal Cainn.. any suggestions. Thanks in advance, Sarah |

| Personally, I wouldn't feed Eukanuba. I don't really think it's a great quality food at all. Tons of fillers and by-products. I also don't really like feeding grains simply because I don't feel dogs need them, but not ALL grains are bad. I would mainly personally try to stay away from soy, wheat or corn. However, don't go and switch right away, it could cause an upset tummy for the puppy! Mix it in slowly, doing 75% old food, 25% new food, and then lessen it every day. My dog was always picky and we went through so many foods before settling on Nature's Variety Instinct. He also loves Acana. I would recommend those (NV and Acana), Merrick, Innova, Fromm to name a few! Check out Dog Food Analysis - Reviews of kibble

| I feed Zena Royal Canin. My breeder uses it so I continued using it. Zena eats it with no problems at all. |

| I sort of took the hard route before I went through the list like Britster pointed out. Just to save you some time and money even, you should check the list and chose couple ones you feel comfortable with. (of course the ones with high ratings) Than go to their website and request for samples. See if your furball likes it and go from there. Good luck! |
