| Occasional Shaking Coco is almost 2 years old, 5.5lbs. Ever since I got her a summer cut (first time she's been shaved down), she would shake occasionally. It's not cold in California right now so I don't think that's the cause. Her eating habits haven't changed and she still plays like a mad woman with her BFF. The only thing is this occasional shaking. and it's not constant either. She'll shake a little, stop for a few seconds, and then start again. She's always been a fearless little girl so I don't think she's scared either. But could the summer cut made her feel more vulnerable for some reason? |

YT 500 Club Member | Snickers shook a little when I got him shaved too, I think it's just weird for them without all the hair, kinda like getting a bob after having long hair down to your waist. Doesn't it feel a little colder? I don't know, hopefully someone else can give you better advice

Thor's Human Donating Member | Thor used to shake, but for him, it's a sign that he is either very nervous or underexercised. So, I have nothing helpful, basically.

| I had the same problem. After I had my 3 yorkies their summer cut they would shake sometimes too. I believe mine were cold. I put a doggie tank top on them and it helped.

| I just got Marley her summer cut and it is a bit chilly here, but she wouldnt be shaking if she still had all her hair. She only shakes when I get her shaved down. It's normal.
