♥My Lil' Monkey Girl♥ Donating Member | HELP ..... Heat?? Okay so this might be a stupid question but when and how can you tell if they are in heat? Peyton Savannah is in heat now after her litter she had in July. But i think Bailey might be coming into heat. She will be 6 months on the 25th of this month. But the boys are smelling and trying to mount Bailey is this a sign? No blood or anything visible but do they give off a scent BEFORE they go into heat??? She did snip at one of the boys when he was around me when i was holding Bailey. She has never done that before.... Has anyone had this experience?

| One female in heat can trigger the others to go into heat, so it's possible even though Bailey is so young. I wouldn't take a chance since she is way too young to safely have puppies. Are you planning on having her spayed? If so, I'd have your vet check her and if she's not in heat, get it done now. |
