Petcare insurance for RENTERS !
 
I am currently looking for pet insurance, and theres a New Banfield in my area that I am going to sign my Lexi up for next weekend, but I came across "Petcare Pet insurance" website and they have a new program especially for "RENTERS" which will pay directly to your landlord for any damages they claim in, The paln also includes Illness Benefits,Accident Benefits and a small recovery benefit, Which I think is Awesome, What an excellent way to show your current or potenial Landlord How RESPONSIBLE a pet parent you are by showing that you have them covered with this type of insurance !! its a huge bargaining tool to those landlord that are hesitant to rent to pet owners, Since Im a Firm believer of Renters Insurance this is a must have plan in addition to my Lexi's wellness plan with Banfield, I have all basis covered, for emergency, Wellness, and any damages to my apartment!! I wanted to share this mformation with anyone who could use it, Living in NY I think this is a great policy for renters !! plus its ONLY 17.95 per month.. not bad to me ... here's the link to check it out !!

I forgot to add that they also have a plan called "emergencycare" which is $19.95 PER YEAR that god forbid if you pet get lost and get hurt they will immediately authorize up to $3000 in care to save your pets life !! How kool is that !! just thought Id share hope it helps someone out there !! :p

Wow, that's awesome. We've been trying to find a different place to move to and we're having such a hard time with people who won't allow pets. This could possibly help. I'm interested first though to see what others think.

I just came across it myself !! I think its so kool, I am looking to renting a new apartment due to the birth of my new baby, I have meet with two landlords that would allow a cat but no dog well once they saw that my dog was smaller than a cat and that i have renters insurance, & pet insurance also that I was willing to pay a pet deposit they were more willing to accept her even though both apartment didn't work out for me commuting to work at least i know it was helpful & now that I see this tenant care which will really put the ball in my court for being responsible. Hope that you find a nice place, I have been looking for about 6 month (im kinda picky ..lol:rolleyes: )

But I wont take any apartment that wont except my lexi :aimeeyork she's one of my kids & I have 4 human babies lol

Oh hon, I'm so picky too. It's so tough finding a place to rent these days with everything that's going on. Either the place is already rented, they don't allow pets or I just don't end up liking the place. I really believe this would help us out though. Lilly has NEVER torn anything up and we always leave rental properties how we found them. References are usually not enough though. :thumbdown Thank You so much for posting this!
