| I'm a new yorkie owner so I can't give out any advice but my Ted is doing the same thing. its almost a bright yellow color. I started giving him new treats so maybe that's it. are you giving yours a new chew toy (edible bone or rawhide) or anything else?

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | It's not normal to be vomiting this often. How old is he? I assume the vet did some bloodwork after learning of these frequent episodes? Do you recall what that showed? What are you feeding? Is this a new food? Any new treats? And then, WHEN exactly, in relation to his meals is he vomiting?

| I agree with Wylie's Mom...she has a lot of knowledge about their health. It would be best to have him checked. I hope everything turns out okay! Let us know.

| My puppy threw up before a yellowish fluid because I wasn't able to feed her at the right time, so the acids in her stomach acted up. She ran in an empty stomach for about 9 hours that's why. Now I feed her 4 times a day, every 6 hours with her daily meal requirement divided into 4 smaller servings. She hasn't thrown up like that ever since.

So: 7am - eats 1pm - vomits 6pm - eats middle of night - vomits He may need more frequent meals. But, what is his energy level before he gets sick? Any change there? How long has this vomiting been going on then? I really would get blood work done.

| Okay, I know this is still controversial, but I can tell you Mocha threw up not long after I gave her some Greenies. My shihtzu did the same. I never give them any more greenies after that. Also, I feed Mocha at 6/7am, snack at 1/2pm, then feed again at 5/6pm, she hasn't had any problems. I think people can give better answer if they know what you are feeding him a lot of times it's the main meal that causes so much problems. |

| I feed him solid gold with nutro supplement just a small amout to make a gravy and warm it up in the microwave , I just started adding Grama Lucys Truth Grain free food with that ,to make it more flavorful for him But very little of that ! In between meals he gets like 1 or 2 liver biscottis and maybe 1 bow- wow- nie They are both very small treats ( bite size for him)And the vet told me he needed to lose 1 pound so i have cut his portions some !Ive substituted baby carrots cut into eighths for his yogihund also! But now only on sat evenings But if he seems hungry afterward I just give him some kibble ! I made an appointment at the vet on Sat and i am going to try and give him 3 meals a day so he can eat at doggie daycare ! Thankyou all for the suggestions and advice ! I will let you know what the vet says I hope its not serious ! Thanks again EVERYONE
