Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I feed Natures Variety Raw Medallions, but as far as kibbles go - I like NV's Instinct line (vs. their Prairie), Orijen, some Wellness (esp. Core Ocean). Those are probably my favorite. From there, Canidae and some others fall in too.

| Mine eat a combo mainly of Wellness, Natures Blend, Eukanuba, & Nutro, all of which I combine and swap up daily. In addition, they eat home cooked and supplements. Keep in mind though, just because this is what I have determined is best for MY dogs, does not mean that will be what is best for YOURS...every dog's needs are different. Just takes a little time to find the best match sometimes. |

| I feed Eagle Pack Holistic Select Duckmeal and Oatmeal. It's a very good food. Small, less stinky poop. The only problem I have with it is the dried beet pulp gives them lots of dark ear tearing.

My family thinks I'm weird because I combine 4 different dry's, give canned in the morning, a little raw - and some supplements... I just started a new combination of EVO Red Meat Small Bites, Taste Of The Wild Pacific Stream, Wellness Core and Solid Gold Bark At The Moon which I'm giving twice a day - (I switched the Wellness Core from Wellness Just For Puppy - and switched the Solid Gold from Timberwolf) - - I give Avanger's canned 100% rabbit, pheasant, buffalo, duck or chicken(alternating days) - - (or Wellness canned venison or salmon since I can't find it in Avanger's). I mix flaxseed oil in with the dry... and Missing Link in with the wet. They get fresh fruits and veggies, some raw chicken pieces and raw bones on a regular basis as well.... I want to try the NV Medallions in place of the chicken pieces though.

| I feed mine Nature's Variety raw venison medallions twice a day, and during the day they have Solid Gold Barking at the Moon available if they get hungrey. When I leave them in the morning, they each get one dried chicken strip, they are waiting at the pantry door for them. If you feed one of the grain free's, you'll avoid many problems in the long run not feeding all the by products and grains. Best of luck to ya!

| We were looking at NV's Instinct but was worried about the high protein content. You hear "don't feed Yorkies high protein foods!", but it seems that most of the higher end foods have really high protein (35-45%). What to do???!!!
