| Merrick Today I was looking at the Merrick Puppy Plate food, and on the guaranteed analysis part of the bag it didn't say if it had DHA or any other vitamins in the food does anyone else know if they have any of that in their food? My puppy is 5 months old Do any of you feed Merrick Puppy Plate to your puppy/puppies? |

YT 2000 Club Member | I feed my Jeter Merrick Puppy Plate and it has a lot of vitamins and minerals listed in the ingredients. If you go to Merrick Pet Foods then you can see a list of all the ingredients.

| I was comparing the guaranteed analysis part on the bag to Wellness. Merricks didn`t list anything but protein, fat, fiber & moisture. Wellness had all sorts of things like calcium, phosphorus, vitaminE, Omega 6&3, Beta Caratine, DHA(for brain development) lycopene, taurine, & micro organisms listed on it`s bag. I went ahead & bought wellness & mixed it with the Blue Buffalo she didn`t like it much though. I bought my senior Merricks for seniors & she liked it pretty good.I seen on the bag that you can put water on it to make a gravy. That`s neat. My baby acted like she would rather have the seniors Merricks than her Wellness. KIDS,KIDS,KIDS!!!!! |

| I feed Kobe Puppy Plate also. He loves it. I tried the kibble but I think its a bit big for him still - he's 11 weeks old. So I've been mixing it with the Royal Canin kibble. I took the liberty of including the list of ingredients from their webpage: Ingredients: Turkey, Turkey Broth, Duck, Chicken, Chicken Broth, Chicken Liver, Whole Brown Rice, Fresh Sweet Potatoes, Fresh Carrots, Fresh Green Peas, Fresh Granny Smith Apples, Potato Starch-modified, Olive Oil, Canola Oil, Calcium Carbonate, Flax Seed Oil (For Omega -3), Carageenan, Salt, Potassium Chloride, Cassia, Sodium Tripolyphosphate, Poultry Seasoning (Thyme, Sage, Rosemary), Choline Chloride, Yucca Schidigera Extract, Natural Caramel Color, Lecithin, Zinc Amino Acid Complex, Mixed Tocopherols, Iron Amino Acid Complex, Vitamin E Supplement, Manganese Amino Acid Complex, Vitamin B12 Supplement, Vitamin A Acetate, Copper Amino Acid Complex, d-Calcium Pantothenate, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Niacin, Riboflavin Supplement, Biotin, Ethylenediamine Dihydriodide, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Folic Acid, Thiamine Mononitrate, Sodium Selenite. Puppy Plate is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food nutrient profiles for all life stages.
