| Hi. I, myself, don't consider Purina to be a high quality food. Take a look at this list. Many of us here refer to this when comparing brands. Also, if you search on some dog foods, you'll find a ton of threads talking about what brands we use. Happy Dog Food Shopping!!

| I don't know much about purina pro plan but do love chicken soup for a puppy lover's soul. My dogs love it and I think it had a 5 star rating, which means it got 5 out of 6 stars. Elaine |

| My vet recommends it. I used the canned puppy food for both Gracie and Holly until they were 6 months old, then switched them to an all life stages organic. My cats eat the Pro Plan dry.

| I used to feed it several years ago because the vet I used sold it and I thought if it came from a vet it must be good...of course, I was very wrong. I don't believe Purina is a very high quality food. If you are looking for higher quality kibbles check out wellness, canidae, nature's variety, innova, california natural, orijen, Merrick, etc.
