| Thanks, omega. I was expecting a huge battle, but she swallowed them without any fuss whatsoever!! I was dumbstruck! She is very tired and has just slept and slept. She wants lots of comfort and attention which she is getting. She was shivering this morning so I put another warm sweater on her and she soon warmed up. She has not had another runny poop today, so the tablets must be working. She ate her chicken and rice which I hand-fed to her and she then had a little water. It has all stayed down and no diarrhoea, so far. The vet said to wait for five days to see if the treatment works. I am just praying that it does. It is upsetting for us to see her not well. The vet said that her swallowing had nothing to do with her getting our sore throats. It was just coincidence. Thanks so much for your reply - I really appreciate it. |
