I live NW in Summerlin. We don't go to the dog parks anymore. We never found any with small dogs. They had them seperated for large & small but it just seemed like there were alot of Cockers etc... not any real small ones so now we just walk them around the neighborhood. What about you all? Has anyone found any play groups?

no thats why i started this thread. i have a male yorkie but the only other dog he platys with is my other dog and i just wantd to see of i could find him some more friends

I live off of Buffalo & Charleston. We went to Desert Breeze today and Taz had a blast chasing the birds. I am not so sure about an actual dog park though, too many idiots with big dogs. :eek: Taz was with his mother and a s**tzu and a chihuahua before we got him. He was way too hyper over there. Too much competition for attention. lol. We already had 2 cats. Sammi doesn't want much to do with him, but he likes to play with Cali. She grew up around his father and is not the least bit afraid of him. They chase each other and he licks her ears, but stay away from HIS FOOD!!

That's not far from me! I'm up toward Lake Mead & Rampart. I work down on Rampart and Sahara. :thumbup:

Mia & Max haven't really spent time with anyone else but each other either. Mia loves the cat from down the street but it always runs when she gets close to him. :p I'd love to get Max a friend to run with. He's "full of it" and seems to go from dawn to dusk!

I'm in Vegas and have my first :aimeeyork Lucy, aka the giant yorkie (9 lbs) lol. She turned 4 in June. I love this little girl & she is very dear to me.

Doesn't look like very many people in Vegas has found this site.....

I live in Summerlin, my little Doo Doo just had her first litter of 6 corkies July 3rd. If possible I would love to hear from you other yorkie owners, maybe we can get together for a big play date at one of the parks (or some where else) if you'd like you can PM me with your info.

I would love to have another to keep, but only if it's a decent amount. I hate spending so much on an animal, but I couldn't resist when getting my little girl. She's fixed, but I would love for her to have a playmate.

i dont have a boy to give right now but i think my girl is pregnant. i wont know for a lil bit now but i will keep u up to date on that. and we can get together and havea play date any time. As you can tell i have a boy and a girl and they love to play

I'm in Pahrump, about an hour outside of Vegas... my Nikko is a new pup right now at 15 weeks old, and still needs some of his vaccinations, but I hope to socialize him well asap and would love for him to be able to meet up with some like-sized friends.

I am new to YorkieTalk and I'm new to Vegas. I have a male Yorkie, Barkley who is turning 1 in 5 days! I am interested in breeding Barkley but have no idea how to find a suitable female. Can anyone help by suggesting a helpful website where I can more info on breeding or anything yorkie.
