| Lost Dog In S. Carolina...anyone Live Down There??? I am posting this for a friend of mine that lives here in Michigan but is down in S. Carloina for the holidays. Here is her orginal post..... "My mom and I are in South Carolina with Bella and Sulli and left them with my grandparents while we went to a New Years party. She let them out the door without their collars on and the fireworks scared them and they took off Bella ran home a few hours later and we found her on the steps but Sullivan has yet to be found We have looked for hours and posted signs everywhere for him. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers while we continue looking and hope someone honest brings him home and that he is safe and warm tonight Guys we have tried everything. We looked until after 2am last night and then we were up again at 6am looking. We posted well over 50 signs now and will start to call the vets to inform them of Sulli missing. We also want them to know that he is microchipped that way they will check dogs that come in that may look like him (we didnt tell anyone else this of the fear that if they knew they may not take him). We also called newspapers to run ads but they cant get them in the papers until Wednesday. We called the police to inform them of Sulli too. Do you guys have any other ideas we could do?! Today is our last day to do all we can for Sulli and then its a waiting game We have to leave tomorrow to go back to Michigan and I hope and pray he will be with us but if not and he is found then my family is also here to take care of him until my mom can get back to take him home. Please just keep thinking about us. I couldnt sleep last night with all the guilt that overcomes you even though its not truly your fault. I just couldnt imagine why Bella came back and not Sulli and if he was looking for home or looking for her I just hope someone has him and hes safe and warm " That is the last update as of this morning...so if anyone is near Mt Pleasant S.C. Please keep an eye out for him. Sulli is only like 7-8 months old too. I am waiting for a picture of him so I can post it here. But if anyone knows of anyone around that area place look for him or keep an eye out for him. If anyone can help or know anything please email Teresa at sendmeroses@hotmail.com or myself Sarah at sarahvine@charter.net

| How very sad! I sure hope they find poor Sulli! This is just awful.....Unfortunately, the link in the last post didn't work for me, but somehow the people who lost their dog in Seattle were able to get a lot of publicity. Maybe if you come up with an endearing story about Sulli that the news people wil grab into you would have a better chance of them helping. Also the thread posted recently about the steps to take to find a missing dog was terrific. Go to evey house nearby, talk to every person you see, post flyers and posters EVERYWHERE.....Look in all the smallest spots and hiding places, even those that you think he would never get into. If he is scared, he won't come out just by calling him the article said. Good luck and I hope he is found very soon! |

| OMG. I saw that at 12:06 am and my hubby and I were talking about it. We said we hoped Sulli was just really scared and hiding in the bushes near the house. I did not realize he was in a totally strange neighborhood. I will sure say prayers that he is found quicker than quick. I know they all are heart broken..and he has to be scared half to death.. |

| When Pippa got out and was lost I found Chris Carmichaels website and did absolutely EVERYTHING he said and I also called radio stations. We had so many Pippa sightings and calls, it really made me believe there are more good people than bad in this world. I have faith that someone caring will find Sulli and do the right thing and find his owners. Pippa was found near a university building by an English professor. He placed a "found" sign in the english building. He also called the animal shelter who immediately knew it was our Pippa cause we only called them about 100 times in 24 hours. He declined a reward and said "I have little dogs at home and hope someone would do the same for me." Because of the "found" sign, you wouldn't believe the number of students who called me because they had seen my "lost" signs. I thanked each and every one of them because it was almost like a dragnet-and it really worked. Going door to door with pictures of Pippa that I had made at Wal-mart also helped. Our phone number in black permanent marker on the back of the picture. Don't give up...I hope Sulli will be found. By the way, all the area newspapers ran the Lost Pet ads for FREE.

| Tiffany, do me a favor and email your post to Teresa at sendmeroses@hotmail.com I know this will help make her feel better and might inspire her to take more steps from the Chris Carmichaels site! Thank you so much as you made me feel a bit better myself! I feel so bad and I wish I were closer to help her! She is on her way home now to Michigan, so will not be online until tomorrow, but hopefully she will see your email and get back to you with good news!! Quote:
