| i think the storm has passed she hasn't thrown up now in over 48 hours! she had a small appetite yesterday and even ate some kibble last night before bed. her bm wasn't so great, but we were expecting it to be even worse. she hadn't had one since saturday am at the emergency vet (around 2am) and she finally had one last night sometime after 10. phew! we're going to keep track of her bm's and if they don't come more regularly in the next couple of days, we'll take her in to check for obstruction, but i don't think she's having that problem. she let us bathe her last night (she needed it really badly) and i think it felt really good to her. she usually walks around the bathtub and shakes a bit but last night, we put the shower nozzle over her and just sprayed her with warm water and she just stood there like "ahhhhhhh! that's great!" she didn't shake really and didn't walk around. just enjoyed it. thanks for all the suggestions and support. this forum was so helpful when i was so concerned. that baby food suggestion was awesome! thanks again. and i'll be buying some pedialyte to keep around too. thanks everyone! |
