| Brea's leg I'm going to be taking Brea to the vet tomorrow cause of her hind left leg. She's been limping and when she runs, she doesn't use that leg at all. Last time I had her at the vet, she said that Brea had luxating patella... but when I talked to the breeder about it, she said you're not even supposed to try and diagnose it in young puppies cause they are still developing, etc... Brea just turned six months yesterday. Does anyone know which is right/true? |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | oh no poor baby...I hope it isn't that's awfully young to be having problems like that...good luck at the vet and i hope she just twisted if funny and will be better in a few days....Good luck !! Chanel did something the other day and was limping a little (right foot)....a friend said give it the 3 day rule and I did ...and she seems to be ok now...but I bought steps today just to make it easier for her to get up and down off the couch |

| Thank you for your thoughts. It's so hard to watch her limp around or to not even use her little leg. She is only 3.7# - I guess it makes it seem worse when they're so small. |

| My Zada had both her knees operated on 10 months ago. Hers was a grade 3. It's a long recovery. If your baby needs surgery, just make sure she cannot run around for a couple of months. |
