She wants me to just sit with her. Every time I get up and leave her she follows me. So I guess I will be sitting with her til she is feeling better.

So sorry you are dealing with this...it must be so hard being away from home with a sick pup.

Keep a close eye and if she does not improve, she may need to go back on IVs. Make sure she is hydrated...you can check her gums to be sure they are not dry and tacky to touch. If they are, she may be dehydrated. Keep in mind that pancreatitis is very serious and they can go down quickly. I had one of my pups hospitalized a few months ago and in one day he got so bad that they had to give him plasma to stablize him.

My vet usually gives me Hills I/D .. or Purina E/N after bouts of gastroenteritis or pancreatitis. Since you are able to call your vet, perhaps you might want to ask him to fax a prescription...you could purchase it at Petsmart/Banfield.

Good luck! Hopefully she is just exhausted from the experience.

She has been drinking pretty regular. I get her up every hour or so and take her to go potty and she gets a pretty good drink.

I sent my husband to the store for baby food. He has come back with enough baby food to feed all three of our Yorkies for the next year! He wants her to get better! Soon!

Just make sure the Chicken doesn't have onions, garlic or any other ingredient that could be harmful.

You can try to put some in a spoon and see if she licks it. For some reason Peanut loves spoon licking.

I gave him the list of what not to have in it. He did good. There is whole grain brown rice .. That should be fine...
