I would also suggest ruling out a parasite...and taking a stool sample in for analysis...to rule out Coccidiosis or Giardia. Antibiotics are necessary for both. Hope your baby feels better soon!;) |

I hope tomorrow she will want to eat again, I'm running out of things to give her! She went from Wellness to the low residual food to the boiled chicken to boiled chicken mixed with canned ID food. now shes not a fan of any of it |
update Aislee's bile acids test came back slightly elevated at 23, the vet said we should do an ultrasound and during that procedure they might do a biopsy of her liver. My poor little baby. She's doing fine now- no more throwing up or diarrhea but she is also on pepcid, so the symptoms may be masked. I think we will go ahead and do the US. :( |
Okay so I just barely got off the phone with the vet telling her Aislee was seeming to do just fine, and then she wakes up and throws up. =[ yellow mucosy yuckyness. i tried to call the vet back and they just so happen do be closed for the weekend! what do i do? if i take her to an urgent care place they wont know her history... I have her eating ice cubes, she lovess them! And now, she\'s playing just like nothing ever happened. |
