Peeing in her sleep

Ziva had a sleep pee problem after her spay also(6 months). The vet gave her proin to "try"- worked great -I started her on 1/4 tab every day than backed off to every other day. I weaned her off it as she got bigger and pottytrained. She does still have an occassional problem when she misses some naptime(she is a busy hyper little dog with a Very small bladder capacity) and falls asleep on me, I think she gets to relaxed and lets go.

Through the years she has had urinary problems (infections and stones) and now since the bloodwork came back positive for liver shunt he is thinking that was her problem all along. Maybe the peeing in her sleep was during a disorientation time. Who knows. He change her to Science Hill ld and she loves it. Hopefully this will help without any surgery.
