At the time, I even asked my husband why the first placenta was so incredibly small compared to the last two. This is because she had the majority of it inside of her....the vet was able to see this with an ultrasound. She is now on IV meds. and fluids because she was dehydrated...they are also dealing with the calcium problems. They are going to call me again this afternoon to keep me updated but they are sending her home tonight and want to see her again in the morning.

So, that's what I know.

Don't punish yourself girl, you did everything that you thought it was needed and also you caught it on time, now you have to look into feeding the babies and helping LIVI get better.

Don't ever feel bad or embarassed to ask your vet questions.... You're paying them, which makes you the boss, and they work for you. If they make you feelbad or rushed... then that would be time to look for a new vet. Praying all goes well tonight... Get some rest!:D
