I'm just on to check and see how your babies are doing! I'm sorry about your loss but hoping that you won't lose any more babies! I think of you and what you're going thru often as I have an almost 4 week old litter upstairs and can't imagine what I would do if I were in your shoes! I did post some questions about parvo on some of my other sites and haven't gotten a whole lot of advice but several people did mention parvaid. They also have a emergency tea recipe. I'm not sure if I posted this already but thought I would mention it.

Update Well.....I had a horrible day yesterday. After I lost Capri, I just couldn't cope.....If anyone even said Hi, I would ball my eyes out uncontrollably. This morning after sleeping for 3 hours I was so hesitant to check on the little ones. I just knew I was going to find Malibu had passed too.....But to much my surprise she has done a 180. She is drinking goats milk on her own and pedialite. I gave some Merrick puppy chicken with broth and Brodie and Chloe chowed down, I know Mailbu is up to it yet though. But semi to firm poop from all today. I am cautious to report the good news, but my spirits are so much higher tonight. Yoda is still somewhat depressed looking and not eating well. He has his moments where he is playful and then moments where he is fairly lethargic. I think he may have had a slight relapse, and that scares me. To my understanding if the relapse it is even harder to pull them thru. I hope to come on here and be able to report that everyone is doing well. Still on eggshells with the 4 weekers, but their room was completely sanitized, mom bathed several times, and only I go in there to clean and feed. I make sure that I am in clean clothing. But I still worry, since it is possible that they can still come down with it. They will only be 9 weeks old when the initial 6 weeks since exposure is up, and that doesn't mean that I haven't brought some of the virus in. I have not interacted with them or mom, I am just too afraid. Thank you again to all that are keeping us in your prayers, and wishing us well.

| Wonderful news!!! I'm wondering, going forward...how do you protect your future litters, if they might contract Parvo at the vet's? Can you have someone come to you, at your home? I definitely do not have a powerful enough nervous system to breed dogs. My folks bred English Bulldogs, and the deliveries were a nightmare.

Update It has been a bit since my last update. Yoda, Chloe, Malibu and Brodie are all still doing well. I believe that they are going to make a full recovery. They have soft stools, every now and then. Talked to the vet and he said that it could be that way for awhile as their little tummies took a beating. They will be checked again in a couple weeks. Thus far my last litter is still NOT showing signs, but of course I am still afraid they will. They will be 6 weeks old on Saturday so I will give them the Pv shot and hope for the best. I will update again after their shots or if they too fall victim. Thank you to everyone that kept us in your prayers.

Update We are all doing great!!!! Yoda and the 2nd litter all have been eating well, their poops are consistently getting firmer and they are very demanding of attention. The third litter got their 1st Pv shot and so far so good. I will not rest soundly for a couple months still, but feeling much better. I am not afraid to check on everyone in the morning and getting sleep again is a wonderful thing. Still acting like a crazy germophobic when it comes to bleaching but, better safe than sorry. My mind still spins when I think of all the ways that Parvo can travel, and have I managed to get everything clean enough. I will update if anything changes, many thanks to everyone who has prayed and thought of us during these long weeks....
