I will only eat white meat. I cannot stand the slimy texture of dark meat. I do add lots of spices so the meat doesn't taste bland

I am definately a White meat eater, but it is perfect in our home, because my daughter loves Dark meat. So when we get wings, Whole chicken, turkey, we each have our own parts we like :D

I do love wings though, even though technically it's white meat. But I prefer the middle part, not the drummette. The end of the drummette is too dry, that's the part that's attached to the breast.

I love, love, love dark meat but try to eat white when possible - exceptions are friend chicken and Thanksgiving dinner.

Dark meat isn't that much worse for us with the skin removed :angel:

You know what? I don't even really like chicken that much period. I prefer just the skin.

That was me at 5 years old; it used to really tick my mom off when I'd beg for Church's Chicken and then not even eat any of the meat. :D

Soon enough I figured out the drumsticks and thighs are awesome though!

I soooo agree with you! I much prefer white meat if I'm eating a piece of meat. If I'm eating it in a stew or soup and it's all mixed together its fine.
