| Oh for the rice paper, its a bit tricky to use. Get a large bowl or tupperware and fill it with very warm water. Place only one sheet of rice paper in the water for about 20-30 secs and put on a towel to absorb the excess water, then onto your work surface. Fill it up and wrap it up. You wrap the bottom up first, then the sides, not like a Chipotle burrito, they wrap the sides in first the then bottom. To seal it, wet the top edge and roll closed. If not served immediately, wrap each one in plastic wrap. I like to put in a stalk of green onion before the final seal, and the top end sticks out.

| Are you talking about spring rolls or summer rolls? The not fried ones here we call summer rolls...made with rice paper. All the veggies and I love chicken in mine as i'm allergic to shellfish.

| Yes, spring rolls and summer rolls are the same, but depending on where you are I guess they call them different names.
