| Yesterday I had meatloaf, mashed potatoes, kernel corn and sweetpeas and half a roll w/butter for lunch! Dinner, simple hot vegetable soup of peas, corn, spinach, spring mix, carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, onion, low-salt peanuts, raisins, whole delicious apple and a tablespoon of pulled chicken/chicken stock, slight salt and fresh pepper. Both meals so good.

| Haha. Sorry about that. I don't eat much so have to make good food or I'd just as soon pass and have a glass of iced tea. Or would just eat what I like, which would only be mashed potatoes, butter and rolls! Or only pepperoni pizza.

| We have been saving a nice filet in the freezer. Making hollandaise sauce, a baked potato, mushrooms and cheesecake for dinner. And, of course, a good bottle of wine! Back on our diets tomorrow, lol! Happy Easter dinners everyone...

| Well, Easter brunch was a lovely sausage egg biscuit(added a bit of greens alongside the sausage), a bit of strawberry preserves and a perfect Keurig cup of coffee at 11:00 a.m. Woke at 10:22 a.m. starving.

| Forgot to add there was a slice of cheese on that brunch breakfast sandwich! Oh, it was so good. I wanted but didn't get a second cup of coffee! Went to bed at 12:45 a.m. and must have been asleep by 12:48 and the next thing I know it's hours later, I'm awake and starving. Don't even remember dreaming! Dinner last night was at 6:15 - long hours before.

| We ordered Easter dinner from a nearby restaurant. Ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, deserts. It's the first food we have eaten in a month that was not prepared in our house.

| Saturday had to go out to get gas, stopped by the local gas station for a fill-up, saw people coming and going, leave off a Rx to have it filled, used drive-thru. Except for 2 guys, we were all wearing masks, gloves, etc. and keeping apart from what I could see during the outing. Went to Whataburger Drive-thru for their version of the crispy chicken sandwich, with pickles, lettuce, tomato and mayo, a medium chocolate malt and small order of fries, ketchup. Used my hand sanitizer on the credit card I had to give them when I got it back. Swung back around, picked up the medicine using drive-thru, came home, tossed the packaging, changed the food to my dishes, the pills to an old bottle and tossed mask, gloves, clothes, clogs into the washing machine, washed up, donned a warm robe, clean clogs I'd left in the Utility Room and attacked my huge lunch order. It was so good, especially at home wearing your comfy robe. Each Whataburger sandwich is a big meal for a full-sized man so I ate what I could, lay down on the den couch and napped for 2 hours in the middle of the day! Going out was stressful I guess as I was so sleepy after I got back. Nothing like Whataburger junk food to unravel all stress!
