Sending prayers upward and hugs outward. Don't worry any more than you must, and I will tell you from experience, sometimes a steaming hot bubble bath and a good cry will refresh the soul. Doctors can work miracles, my FIL had the upper lobe of a lung removed a couple of months ago, and to see him now, you would never know it, unless he is in a bragging mood and wants to show off his scar.

Thank you all, i am so glad i found this web site, you are all wonderfull people her at YT,,, thanks for the prayers, Mom has been sick for the last couple of years now, she had a couple of heart attacks, but she is a fighter, she will probably have surgery within the next two weeks, i'll keep you posted.. were still waiting for her Doctor to get back to us.

So sorry to hear about your mom's troubles, honey!! My husband had a stent over 2 years ago, and he's doing just fine! He had his put in on a Tuesday, and on Saturday played a wedding with our rock band!

They have done amazing things with coronary artery disease treatments. Your mom will be OK, really. This will change your mom's life, and yours too. Not all of these are BAD changes: this was exactly the reason my hubby and I changed our eating habits.

Hang in there honey, and make sure you take care of you, too, during this time of high stress.

Im so sorry your mom is sick. Is good it was caught and she can get treat it. I will have her in my prayers. Please keep us posted on how she does.

Thanks again for the prayers, it's the waiting that's getting too me, were still waiting for the Doctor to call to set up the surgery... how frustrating...
