Rest in Peace Kim...you will be missed. |
little green light? I am still very sad about Kim passing on, I go to read some of her old post, usually i look at the little green button to see if someone is on line here and it's sad to think that Kim's green light will never be on again. Wish there was some way that her light could always be on because she will forever be a part of this forum. R.I.P. Kim |
How very sad. I was shocked to hear this terrible news. RIP Kim, you will be sadly missed. |

So many times I recall Kim being available to help others, being on line or by phone helping others through difficult whelpings Days & during many a Night she made herself available to help others, many a yorkie babies first start in life was with her helping them, such a kind and caring lady Kim was, she will always be remembered and thought of in a very special way for many of us here within the Yorkie Talk Family. Thank you Mike for your loving and caring tribute in Kim's honor. Hugs, Patti and Jack and Girls. |
I'm so sad to hear this news as well! I too have visited her site many times! I remember her posting all the time when I first joined and had noticed that I hadn't seen any posts in quite awhile. Makes me want to go hug my family and hold them all close as we never know what tomorrow will bring....:( |
I am so sad to hear this news! Kimberly was a very well liked and respected person here on YT. I will miss her greatly. Thanks for posting the link to her yorkies in the tub. That was always one of my favorites. RIP Kimberly. We will keep you in our hearts. |
Rest in Peace Kim. |
I am still in shock Patti told me about Kimberly passing when this thread came along. I was very shocked. I have been thinking about her a lot for some time now. I too enjoyed the conversation on the phone and also over the YT. She was loving and kind every time we spoke. Yes she had enermies... (I think sometimes people get jealous..) and a lot of good friends. And she was my friend. Then I lost in touch. Since I am still in shock, I went to her website this afternoon and bursted in tears. I am so grateful that I have gotten to know her by the fate. By looking at her site... I missed my old time on YT.. so I decided to come peak. I miss you, Kimberly!!! Rest in Peace! Good to see you again Michiko! Hope you are doing well. Yes, very sad indeed. Fortunately, she was able to help many members here and have such a positive effect on so many despite her 'enemies' who can't find better ways to occupy their time. :p Looks like she got the last laugh on all of them. She was a good friend to many and will be missed. :( |
† rip † I dropped off the face of the YT Earth, and just found this out today. I'm so sadden by the death Kim. I didn't know she was sick, as I haven't talked to her in a long time. May she rest in peace. † |
:( Oh wow, I didnt know this..........I too until recently dropped out of yorkie talk. This really saddens me. When I used to come here alot some yrs back I cant tell how much I admired Kim. We even had a couple disagreements (imagine that!..) but she was sweet to me too, she helped me in a lot of ways and she will be dearly missed. I came across this sad announcment not by looking thru threads, but by typing in Feminvstr, after all these yrs I had remembered her Id on here and wondered if she was still here. Hoping she was still here. I am so sad she isnt. Very sad and shocked. Rest in Peace Kimberly, and although I didnt meet you face to face, I am honored to have known you from here. |
Very sad... Rip |
Mike thank you for posting about Kim, I also have been not so active with a busy life... RIP Kim.. I had wondered many times when coming online why I did not see her posting.. sad sad news... |
Add me to the list of people that have fallen off of the YT Earth, as Babyfidgette says. I can't believe that I've signed on to see this thread about Kimberly. What a wonderful blog tribute, Mike. Through YT, I, too, became close to KK as we called her. (There were lots of Kims back in the day, and they all had monikers... heifers, TX, etc. LOL!) Like her beloved Yorkies, she was tiny, but she was mighty. And Yorkiepassion was the perfect name for her breeding program. She was most certainly passionate... about Yorkies, about her ideals, her friends, and in general... life. We both lost touch with YT but not each other. As much as she loved her some good drama, it got to a point where the haters out-weighed the good experiences here and it just got to be too much. Then she was diagnosed with lung cancer and fought a respectable battle against the disease. Eventually as the cancer took over she didn't have the strength to use the computer or the phone. Knowing her and how much she liked to keep in touch, I knew she wasn't doing well no matter what she told me. When we did speak, as always had been the case, she was full of hope and passion and looking forward to the day she would feel better and get back to the business of her Yorkie babies and her life. Through a dear mutual friend who lives near her I was kept abreast of Kim's dwindling condition and finally her demise. When I got the call, and with tears in my eyes I had to smile knowing that Kim would be grinning from heaven enjoying the fact that a Christmas will never pass without the people that loved her thinking of her. I still keep her on my email and phone contact lists just so I can say a prayer and rejoice her life every time I pass them by. RIP, my friend Kimberley, RIP. |
