| I had a friend who was walking his dog in a greenbelt and a coyote came and snatched the dog pulling the leash out of my friend's hand. It was hard to believe that it happened, but it did and it was very traumatic. Parks and wildlife people say is was because the coyotes' habitat and thus, food source was shrinking causing them to go after animals they would never bother. It's sad, very sad.

| So very sad. Poor Daisy. I can't imagine the horror or being helpless to help your pup in a situation like this. |

| Oh my gosh! I would DIE if something happened to Winston like that. It makes me want to carry a gun so I could shoot the thing if it tried to harm/eat my dog.

| oh no! that is terrible!!!! it's sad that they are still searching too... I don't think the poor baby dog would have a chance against a coyote. I feel so bad for them!!!
