Is it just me or are we losing GOOD members like flies?? It's all been because someone offended them over PM! Isn't admin. supposed to monitor PM's as well?? Sorry for this rant but perfectly great members are leaving because someone offended them over PM's and that pisses me off. The nasty people should be suspended at least if not banned.

I have noticed that some people have been leaving here and there or they just drop off the planet pretty much. I agree that sending nasty Pms is bull

I too have notice that some people have been leaving at times...sometimes I don't understand why they would leave because one person said something...shouldn't the person writing the PMs get in trouble and leave not the one receiving them???

Can't PM's be copied and posted so the offenders will be exposed? I didn't think administration could read private messages but I'm not sure. It is a shame though that a handfull of people can drive off members like that.

I don't know who else left. Like all forums, some people float in and then back out again. Everyone is so busy these days that it is impossible to keep up with a forum for the majority of people. At least, I am guessing that is the case. Knock on wood! I haven't gotten any nasty pm's. :p

I agree that is BS that someone is able to send a nasty Pm and them not get in trouble for it (if it is reported). :mad: And if someone wants to send nasty Pm's then maybe they should go to another fourm :thumbdown . Its a shame we are loosin active member for some peolpe's stupidy.

Hate to say it but if some one sends me a nasty PM I am going to copy and paste it right in the General Discussion for every single person to see so they feel like a big ass. thats just me though.:rollingey

What are these nasty PM's saying???? I would like to know! and I would also like to know who is sending them!! This is a great place to spend sometime, talk to people and get different views.. We need to ban together and get rid of the bad seed..

if someone sends you a nasty PM why not just forward it to Admin? Thats what i would do.

i dont agree with people attacking members over pms, HOWEVER, i urge you all to 'read between the lines' and be skepticle. If someone doesnt post the offending pm or use the persons name then it is probably a BS accusation. I realize we all stick together here, but please remember that some people lie or stretch the truth.
I am not saying this to rile anyone up, this is only my opinion and it comes from experience. I was accused of sending pms such as these and the person DID NOT paste the pms (if they did then they would have been laughed out of the forum) and the person DID NOT use my name (Ive been here a while and my style of writing is familiar to most members that have been here a while as well).... Everyone however decided to "stick together" and pretty much bad mouthed the "offending pmer" ........
Everyone can write what they want here, and that includes FALSE accusations...
Also i would like to point out that the "goodbye" threads about these accusations have not been encouraged in the past, admin usually deletes them before they get much of a foothold.

Please look into all teh facts before you listen to someone saying they got nasty pms (and especially posting them on the board) most people will forward them to admin, those few that wish to "seek attention" will post them on the forum for public view (WITHOUT the proof or facts to back themselves up)

i wonder why this strange person is sending people these emails what kick do they get out of it?
they dont want to send it to me coz il tell the world who it is and send one right back.

You've read my mind. I agree 200% with everything you've said. If they don't forward the info to Admin, I think its a lie. and I am really sick of people threatening to leave. Sorry if this is rude, but LEAVE if you want. No one needs an announcement; its annoying when people just make those threads because they want to be told what a great member they are and then they end up staying. I swear, I think if you make a "goodbye" thread, your acct should be suspended so you can never come back. That would stop it from happening.

Also, I have no idea who is saying that they are getting rude PMs or whatever -- I haven't seen anyone post about that at all (maybe it got deleted before I saw :confused: ) but I urge whomever it is to forward it on.
