well we live right off of the highway loop 1604 between seaworld and sixflags, I love the area so my hubby says its the northwest side.

oh cool my mother lives off of 1604 and new guillbeau. you live right down the street from eachother. im from san antonio my husband is stationed here in houston. i think you are the first person from san antonio that i've seen on yt. i thinks thats pretty cool.

Welcome home!! It is times like you just described when I have to remind myself of the good things he does! Mostly he is a wonderful father and a great dentist. He also cooks better than me...so the rest I guess I have to forgive, but i sure know how you feel!!! :mad:

I have one of those husbands too. Why can't they just do as we say? :rolleyes: The world would be a much better place. :p

Because then we would have noting to yell at them about. My hubby laughs at me when I get mad at him. Also like you said (It would be a much better place.) You know they have to make everything difficult. lol They will turn sweeping the floor into a 30 min job just so you will get mad and finish it. :rolleyes: ahhhh MEN!!!!!!!!!!

I just went through this like 2 weeks ago after falling down my stairsand hurting my ankel, I bitc*** and and bitc*** at the husband and kids. And they cleaned and did the laundry while I sat and pointed my finger telling them what to do. Believe me they DO NOT want to piss mom off. I am a stay home mom and take good care of my family but if I am hurt or sick or even away on a little vacation,,,,, they better do their share on helping out around here. and if they don't, mom stops being the "cool mom" and don't give them money for pizza after school or let their friends come and hang out. And the husband does not get breakfast in the morning. or lunch either. He can go buy something for breakfast and lunch too! And lets see how they get dressed and there is no clean close. Our men can drive us crazy, but deep down we do love them even thou we are raging mad at them. Good luck and hope you get a good nights sleep and I hope for his sake, things are better tomarrow

:eek: :eek: Oh WOW - What Timing on this post :eek: - I LEAVE IN FIVE days....have an ill husband and this is my first trip EVER away from the girls. He isn't immoblized but ....I'm DREAMING of stuff like this happening !! In his case I understand that he can't do things for them or the house - but man.... I'm a nervous wreck.

Men can really be so dense sometimes can't they ? On the upside - Think of him spending so much time playing with them he just didn't have time to keep up with everything ? Maybe he didn't NOTICE all this stuff ? They really don't see what we see I think.

Oh lord....I am really dreading leaving my girls

omg we're gonna miss you!!!!!!!!!! we're leaving for the beach this saturday for a whooole week!!!!!! :eek: at least we get to bring tucker. and i'll be able to check in once or twice. but then on the monday after that i leave for girls camp (church camp) and i'll be gone for 5 days with nothing to do with yorkies at all OMG!!!!!! at least between all that i get to go to a YT meetup!!

sorry you had to come home to that!! we can't expect much from men!

I have to tell you this story. The other day I told my husband I had to go and get some frontline for the critters. (yorkie, lab and kitty) I wasn't dressed so he said he would go. I told him exactly what to get for each one. Get this! He comes home with frontline for a dog weighing 85 to 125 pounds. I said what is that? (not for cat! :confused: not for yorkie :confused: not for lab, he weighs probably 60 pds. He said there is more in the package I will just split it up. I said this can't go on cats. And how do you know how much to put on Bella. He said it can't be that hard. I said never mind I won't send you again and I went the next day and got the right stuff. Do you believe these men? :mad:

I"m sorry if this comes off as rude, but here I go...

DON'T CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR MEN! Let them clean up their own hair out of the sink from shaving. Live in squalor for a little while until they realize all that you have done for them in the past. You can put up with it for little while and they'll learn that the house doesn't clean itself.

I would NEVER clean up after any man.

I think we need to start a forum for spousal support. I'm going through a rough patch with my husband as well. I don't have the same complaints as some he's between jobs right now, has been between jobs, so i work he does clean and do laundry, not as well as i might, but at least it's something. My biggest complaint is i get mad at him and try to calmly explain to him why i'm upset and he stands there and ignores me (acts like he's listening) and then walks away or says what he thinks will make me forget about the problem and go away. I wish he would talk to me so we could compromise instead of saying he'll fix it and then doing the same thing over and over again uggghhhh. lately it seems like i'm constantly annoying him, i know i'm annoying and irrating, but i thought he loved me as i was now i being to think he's getting sick of me to like everyone else and that makes me sad. I'm gonna quit now cause you guys don't wanna listen to my pity party.

I'll always have logan he doesn't think i'm annoying he thinks i'm fun.
