| Not fair! I couldn't wait to wake up this morning. Why? Because before I went to bed last night our weather was calling for snow showers late last night and today at least through noon. Sooo....I got up at 6:30 am on a SATURDAY morning fully expecting to at least see a few flurries. Even though I'm not a big fan of snow piled all over the ground, I could watch the stuff fall all day long. Weeelllll....NOT ONE SINGLE FREAKIN' SNOWFLAKE! It's not even that cold outside (of course that could just be my hormonal, hot flashy self because the thermometer is reading 35). Now the weather just says AM showers/wind. Did I mention I was mad?

Yay for your snow!! No chance of that here - maybe I can hope for some swirling sand or something, but that's 'bout it!

| Me too! I remember when I lived in Clayton, Georgia and Atlanta, Ga. When it snowed, I was stuck by the window all day absolutely transfixed by the snow flakes falling. Soooo beautiful. The last year I lived in Atlanta, we had Thunder Snow. Incredible. Here all this beautiful snow falling and you're hearing thunder. That was a first for me...but, the snow flakes were absolutely HUGE! |

Therapy Dog Donating Member | OMG you guys do NOT want snow - we can send you some. We are in the midst of a record breaking snowfall for us and that's big. Blizzard conditions since yesterday afternoon and into Sunday morning. We already have 15 inches on the ground and they expect 12 more before the end of this thing. No one is going out and so many things are cancelled. We were supposed to go see Wicked tomorrow...I don't know if we are going now since we can't get out of our stupid street. Poor Izzy - we keep shoveling for her to go outside but it's just too bad and she won't go on the pads in her pen. We'll try again later out in the garage and see if she will go potty.

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | I'm glad you got a couple snow flakes. I share your pain, though. We only had ONE 'good' snow all winter....we got about an inch and it lasted for 3 hours. But the first time they called for snow...we were supposed to get like 6 inches and it was a sunday night so I wasn't expecting any school. I got up, and it was raining.

| We have some flurries going on here in Knoxville Tn. Nothing like the 1-2 inches they were predicting.

| I know how you feel Aerrica. We were so excited to have our first snow on Thursday. The flakes were HUGE and we got 9 inches It is almost gone now but I'm surprised how much we still have left. I'm glad that we don't have the kind that stays around for a long time though.

| Hehe OK, the snow was fun but thankfully its gone now. Which is good because I've gone from burning up/hot flashing yesterday to FREEZING today. Ugh and its supposed to go down to 22 degrees tonight. Thankfully Monday its supposed to be 65 - 70 again.

| I wish it would hit 75 and just stay there. That way its warm enough to open the windows and let the fresh air in the house, but cool enough there is no danger of a heat stroke. Plus you can wear darn near anything year in 75 degree weather. Jeans or shorts, short sleeves or thin long sleeves, maybe even a light sweater.
