I am sorry you are sick...

. Increase in hormones before labor can cause nasal congestion but with all the cold viruses going around you might have picked up a bug. It's almost baby time....

. Remember I guessed 12/24 on my birthday so if she is born on my birthday you have to name her after me....

I had terrible sinus problems when pregnant. I was told that was very normal with pregnancy but it sounds like yours is turning into something worse, maybe you should call your doc.

I should try this because no one has worse sinus problems than myself but I got an email the other day that said if you rub Vicks Vapo Rub on your feet at night and wear socks, it will loosen all of your congestion and you can sleep like a baby. It will get rid of the nasty hacking cough too.

I broke a low fever last night and I feel a bit better now. I went to the doctor this morning and he told me to take sudafed which is helping.

Oh Ive had sinus crap for months now its just been getting much worse the past week and it was horrible yesteday. I still have sore throat and headache today so I went ahead and rested all day. I really dont want to be sick when Tess is born.

Have you noticed your acid reflux is a lot better when Tess dropped and became engaged? Mine is practically none exsistant anymore!

Doctor told me I could take benedryl for the allergies and this is what Ive been taking throughout the entire pregnancy. Ive also got the saline nasal spray which has been a big help. Ive still has acid reflux problems this past week, Ive given up on eating dinner alltogether to try and avoid it. And with my sore throat the acid reflux at night is a killer on my throat- it tears it up even more. I hope after the pregnancy is over the acid reflux goes away quickly.

Did the doctor not prescribe you anything for the reflux? I got this awful peppermint flavour thick liquid that you take a 5ml spoon of and it works a treat but it just tastes awful. I got that and then 8days later she dropped and then I hardly ever get it now!

I hope you don't suffer from it after pregnancy cuz I can REALLY sympathise and it truely is awful to put up with.
