OMG That was sooo freckin hilarious!!!!!!!!!!! And really gross at the same time, public bathrooms make me want to puke! lol

Refund or not, I think this guy needs to get into standup comedy, LOL! This letter totally killed me. I was gasping for breath here in the newsroom at my desk with tears streaming down my face....and my coworkers were like "umm, Val?"

Tooooo funny!!! And the diagrams! Priceless! My family decided to take the Amtrak train from Centralia Ill to Chicago one year. Welllll, the entire train car smelled like piss, ugh!!! And the air was stagnant in there. The a/c wasn't working well. Needless to say I wasn't impressed by that mode of travel! I'm claustrophobic anyway. I was miserable the entire time. I will never ride another train. And by the way, that goes for cruise ships too. I'm not much of a traveller.

I went through a similar ordeal on a train from New Jersey to FLorida. Sat right across from the toilet, and right in front of the smoking car. I thought I'd die by the time I got there. The worse thing is the toilet backed up and people still used it. I couldn't wait to get off of that stinky old train.

Mental note...always find out where the bathroom is located before choosing a seat.
