If you look at the tentative schedule I posted back on the very first page of this thread, I allowed an hour (although obviously this "schedule" is VERY flexible and just to give us an outline of what will happen) for "Official YT Introductions/Welcome". I figured we'd all just stand up at our tables and introduce ourselves and our babies. I don't think it will take very long - even with a lot of attendees.
As for the name tags, each person who registers will receive a name tag (that's why I'm asking for everyone's "real" names when I respond to your registration payments), and that will be your "ticket" to enjoy breakfast and such. I don't want to have to police who did or did not pay, but I don't want to risk "extras" showing up either and eating off the continental breakfast table, so that there may not be enough food left for those who did pay. I also don't want random people walking among our dogs, because you never know when it could be an unwelcome "bad guy". I'm sure I'm being too worrisome here, but I just want to make sure all avenues are covered. SO...we'll each just have to keep an eye out that no random people are there that DON'T have a name tag... |
