This is another friendly reminder that the registration price will be going UP again beginning April 16th, so everyone who is planning on attending but hasn't paid their registration fee yet may want to consider paying it by midnight PST on April 15th!!! The fee with dinner will be going from $80 to $90 per person, and the fee withOUT dinner will be going from $40 to $50 per person.

Also, remember that you're only guaranteed a goody bag if you register by April 15th!

If you want to register via PayPal, send your payment through PayPal to yorkietalkmeetup@yahoo.com. Be sure to include your YT user ID and e-mail address I can contact you at (if different than your PayPal address), and I will reply with additional questions I need answered for the registration spreadsheet.

If you want to register via check or money order, send an e-mail to yorkietalkmeetup@yahoo.com, and state that you wish to register via check or money order. I will reply to your e-mail with the address to mail your payment to, and I will consider you registered as of the date I receive your e-mail, pending that I receive your payment within a week or so afterwards.

I wish more were coming too but understand with the gas prices that may stop some from coming. I know that it has been a lot of work and I really appreciate everything.

i was going to come but my husband still will not give me a baby yorkie eep asking and he says wait :mad:

You don't have a yorkie to come!! Lots of people will probably have their hands full, so there will be plenty of yorkies there to love on!

Okay! We've just sent in our registration! I am bringing 3 other people with me, and two Yorkies, one of which is going to Ms. Kimmie! (So really, one Yorkie) We are also vending - we will be setting up our photography equipment and offering professional pictures. We will also probably have some things to buy.

I am really looking forward to this!!!

Well I think you should come anyway. My SIL is coming with me and she doesn't have a yorkie nor does she plan to get one:D

An idea for an activity...
 
What do you all think about having a GE for the meetup? Or a polyana?

There are games to play where you do a "steal," in which case, we'd have unisex/universal gifts, or we could have someone coordinate names ahead of time for a secret pal exchange and make it part of a getting to know you thing.

I think it would be fun. :thumbup:

Perhaps this could be done at the dinner Saturday night and those that want to participate can bring a gift to dinner and those that don't would not bring anything. Even if someone decided to participate after they got to KC they could buy something on Sat from a vendor or if they go out shopping during the day. A number could be assigned to each gift brought in as the person comes to dinner and then after all gifts are gathered a number could be drawn by those who brought something in to see who's gift they get. There would only be as many gifts/numbers as were brought to the dinner. Just an idea. :)
