If you have pictures made, you have the option of having your pictures burned to a disc for an extra $12. I am not sure if my husband and his biz partner are going to offer a package that is just digital pictures, but I can certainly ask.

The company that we use to print our pictures, SmugMug, does offer an option to its sellers (us) to sell digital downloads, but we don't have it set up yet. Perhaps by June we will. Thanks!!

OH - and everyone who has pictures made will have their own gallery on our website, so if you wanted to, you just could link to our website. :) :) :) :) :)

And just in case anyone was wondering, we will have our laptop set up for immediate previews of their pictures (before being edited), and we will also have PayPal set up so we can take your credit cards if you didn't want to spend all your cash. :D

One more thing - we have a person here who may be supplying us with some embroidered dog shirts to bring to show and sell. I was thinking just a doggie shirt with a Yorkie embroidered on it, but if someone wanted an embroidered shirt with their dog's name on it, PM me and we can get that set up for you. They will cost about $17.50 each. We can take some pictures and send them if you wanted. Okay .. now! Bye! :D

i have posted on that thread for along time and no one has pm'd me or said yes but i found a camp ground 20 min. from there that lacey and i are staying at. this way i can afford to go now :)

One of my company events just moved up a week so now I'm able to go to the meet up! I'm so excited to be able to meet you all :)

i really really want to go it will be great for us to meet you guys:) lucky was laceys first valentine also:thumbup: i am still just trying to figure out the cheapest way to do it since i cant find a room mate. hubby isnt thrilled about lacey and i sleeping in the back of the truck at the camp ground by our selves lol. it doesnt bother me. so i dont want to register until i get this part figured out. and the longer i wait the more the cost goes up lol.grrrrr. if a certain little girl (lacey) wouldnt have gotten so sick and racked up med bills there wouldnt have been a problem but if i have to choose between taking care of her and going to the meet up i choose lacey.

I'm planning on having name tags for everyone who's registered, so that we can quickly identify those who "belong" and those who are just trying to sneak in :rolleyes: :p . My main concern is that we don't have any "bad guys" sneaking in since all the details of our meet-up are public. The name tags will indicate that you've paid your registration and are "one of us" :D . I'm going to have those name tags at the meet-up on Friday since most of us are attending that. The location for that meet-up is Loose Park, and people can either drive there, or the hotel shuttle will be taking each of us and our babies there as well. Each time another shuttle-full arrives, I'll pass out the name tags to the newcomers. The TIME for the meet-up is still to be determined.

Then, for anybody who cannot attend the meet-up on Friday, I will have their name tag waiting for them during the continental breakfast on Saturday. Even those who aren't staying at the hotel still have to pay the registration fee, which covers breakfast, the meeting room for speakers, etc., so they will still be able to eat breakfast with everyone else. The only exception to this is if someone is a vendor only and will NOT be attending breakfast, speakers, or anything else, and they will have a different name tag, indicating that they are vendor only. This seemed like the easiest way for us to not have to "police" the food table to make sure there is enough food for those who did pay. I'm sure none of us want to be the "bad guy" asking people to drop the croissant because they didn't pay for it :rolleyes: ;) , but we don't want there to NOT be enough food for those who did pay either. That's why the registration fee is a flat price, as opposed to having different prices for those who do or do not want breakfast.

Yes - as my mom said, Matt and I had to move again this past week. Hopefully we'll be staying put for awhile now :eek: :cool: !!! We still don't have internet at the house (waiting for Time Warner to come hook us up), but I'm stealing a few minutes on my work's wireless aircard since they have unlimited minutes. Since you have our YT names and REAL names, I think it would be a good idea for us to show a form of ID (drivers lisence) to prove that we are the person that registered. That way no one can come up and say "I'm Michele..MyFairLacy" if it's not me you know?

Although I am very sad to learn the Jenn (Jenn218) won't be able to join us at the meet-up after all :wavecry: :cry8: , I'm very pleased to announce that Michele (MyFairLacy) is willing to take over as her replacement - in charge of goody bags and the raffle drawing :thumbs26: :clapsmile :thankyou2 . Although we've all pitched in to offer suggestions for each other's respective committee "assignments", it will be Michele who will be having to contact people/companies asking them for items for the goody bags and raffle drawing, so please be nice to her if she contacts you! If any vendors know now that they'd be willing to donate something for the raffle drawing or the goody bags, perhaps you could send Michele a PM letting her know! And THANK YOU in advance!

Also, Jodie is still looking for more vendors to participate at the meet-up, so any vendors out there - we'd LOVE to have you! Let's get some more registrations in so we can make the 1st International YT Meet-up a HUGE success!!! June will be here before we know it, and I can hardly wait!!!

I know! I was dying to meet Jenn, Mojo, and Lily Grace too! She's been "iffy" for awhile now, but she finally said she couldn't work it out. She's told me they scheduled a family reunion that same weekend, and she has people who will be staying at her house, so she doesn't feel she can desert them :( . That would've been a tough decision for me :rolleyes: ... I may have just sent them a post card from the meet-up :p :D :D ...JK!
