The company that we use to print our pictures, SmugMug, does offer an option to its sellers (us) to sell digital downloads, but we don't have it set up yet. Perhaps by June we will. Thanks!! OH - and everyone who has pictures made will have their own gallery on our website, so if you wanted to, you just could link to our website. :) :) :) :) :) And just in case anyone was wondering, we will have our laptop set up for immediate previews of their pictures (before being edited), and we will also have PayPal set up so we can take your credit cards if you didn't want to spend all your cash. :D |
One more thing - we have a person here who may be supplying us with some embroidered dog shirts to bring to show and sell. I was thinking just a doggie shirt with a Yorkie embroidered on it, but if someone wanted an embroidered shirt with their dog's name on it, PM me and we can get that set up for you. They will cost about $17.50 each. We can take some pictures and send them if you wanted. Okay .. now! Bye! :D |

I can go! I can go! One of my company events just moved up a week so now I'm able to go to the meet up! I'm so excited to be able to meet you all :) I just sent in my information to register. Yay! I can't wait for Lucy to get to make new friends! |

Is there a registration place (&time) once we arrive in KC? I was reading the agenda, and didn't notice what time "registration" was once we arrive in KC. I am thinking that it won't be at the continental breakfast since not all YT'ers are staying at the hotel. Will it be at the door prior to the event on Saturday? Wasn't sure if I missed this info....... It may have been posted and I just missed it! Thanks!! |
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to reach Lisa? It looks like she hasn't been on since the 4th and I've been trying to reach her to register (I'm registering by mail). Or, in the alternative is anyone else handling registration? Thanks much :) |

Even those who aren't staying at the hotel still have to pay the registration fee, which covers breakfast, the meeting room for speakers, etc., so they will still be able to eat breakfast with everyone else. The only exception to this is if someone is a vendor only and will NOT be attending breakfast, speakers, or anything else, and they will have a different name tag, indicating that they are vendor only. This seemed like the easiest way for us to not have to "police" the food table to make sure there is enough food for those who did pay. I'm sure none of us want to be the "bad guy" asking people to drop the croissant because they didn't pay for it :rolleyes: ;) , but we don't want there to NOT be enough food for those who did pay either. That's why the registration fee is a flat price, as opposed to having different prices for those who do or do not want breakfast. |

Although I am very sad to learn the Jenn (Jenn218) won't be able to join us at the meet-up after all :wavecry: :cry8: , I'm very pleased to announce that Michele (MyFairLacy) is willing to take over as her replacement - in charge of goody bags and the raffle drawing :thumbs26: :clapsmile :thankyou2 . Although we've all pitched in to offer suggestions for each other's respective committee "assignments", it will be Michele who will be having to contact people/companies asking them for items for the goody bags and raffle drawing, so please be nice to her if she contacts you! If any vendors know now that they'd be willing to donate something for the raffle drawing or the goody bags, perhaps you could send Michele a PM letting her know! And THANK YOU in advance! Also, Jodie is still looking for more vendors to participate at the meet-up, so any vendors out there - we'd LOVE to have you! Let's get some more registrations in so we can make the 1st International YT Meet-up a HUGE success!!! June will be here before we know it, and I can hardly wait!!! |
