Some of you may know from prior threads that I bought Cooper and Max a big boy pool for their birthdays last week. Here's a video of a very anxious Coop Dog wanting to get in. He just played ball in the yard for a while so clearly he was very thirsty! I recommend this pool for everyone:thumbup:

I love it!! I love how well he dog paddles!! I've never tried any of mine in a pool, do they just know how to stay afloat?

Isn't the doggie paddle so cute??:D Max tried for the first time last week. I got in the pool with him and held his belly afloat but I didn't seem to need to. He knew what to do. He didn't like it much though but I'm going to keep working with him.

He absolutely does!! My new issue is now having to find some kind of gate or something to block off the pool. The silly birthday gift has turned into a project!

And you may want to put a step stool in the pool, close to the side, so if they do manage to get into the water, they can get out by themselves!.....JUST IN CASE!!!!

I actually thought about that today and will definitely do that. The boys are never outside without me but one can never be too precautions.

I LOVE a swimming dog! Cooper looks adorable. I remember older videos of Cooper jumping in, I think, if I recall?? looks like a lot of fun!! Even though my dad has a big inground pool, I want to buy one of these for Jackson when we are not over there.

Yes, Cooper used to jump in when I had a pool in my backyard in Louisiana. I can't put it on the grass here because there no outlet for the filter. I would love for him to try a pool like your dad has!

He's starting to smile. It's more of an Elvis lip lift right now. :p
