My Beloved Passed Away! I'm Devastated I haven't been on here for a long time. My beloved Tiny passed away in my arms on November 24th, 2008. She was born on April 7, 1994, so she was 15. I lost my job of 22 and a 1/2 years in June of last year, and she was the last bastion of sanity I had. I have come to terms with it, but I still hear her and my other beloved chihauhau of 18 years who passed away in July 25th of 2007. My quote of the year is "It is a fearful thing to love that which can be touched by death" Eleanor Roosevelt. I don't know if I will ever be the same again. I am the mother of three boys and now two Grandsons, so I will keep going. Eastern Star has much support for me and many friends. Hopefully I will be able to get and love another Yorkie as I did Tiny, but it will be hard. Thank you all for your support over the past two years when Tiny was aging and I had many questions. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! Melissa mknight_1@hotmail.com |

That is a beautiful quote, I have never heard it before. And very true, sadly. I hope her memories bring more joy than sadness to you soon. |

When you feel the time is right, certainly look for anther yorkie to love. your a good doggie parent , your animals have lived , long, healthy, loving lives . you will be blessed for giving them a wonderful home and caring for them everyday . THeir memories will be forever in your heart, and never forgotten. |
Im so sorry you lost Tiny. Im glad you gave her comfort during her final hour. My Angus took his last breath in my arms so I know the hole in your heart needs filling. Yes in time another Yorkie will help you. My prayers are with you. Eleanor Roosevelt was a great sister to all women....Lissette |
I am so sorry for your loss.:sad:It took me 5 years to start over with another dog. But still think about my wonderful baby I lost 5 years ago. But now I share my heart again with two wonderful dogs and I feel complete again. It will take some time for your heart to heal but it will hang in there. Sending hugs your way.:ghug: |

Im so sorry to hear about Tiny. I hope you find peace and in time another Yorkie to love. I do believe it will help to heal your heart even tho' Tiny can never be replaced. |
I feel your lose . my beloved of 12yrs past away in my arms 1 monthago. My 1st yorkie. Noone can ever replace her in my heart. |
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! Thank you all for your sincere expressions of sympathy. I knew if anyone would understand how I feel it would be all of you. The beautiful pictures of the Yorkies is why it has taken me so long to come back on here. They are getting easier to look at. I believe that times does heal and my Tiny is buried in my little cemetary out back by the patio I sit on. The neighbors think I'm crazy anyway, I always talked to Tiny then, and I still talk to her now.. Oh well, I will continue, it brings me peace and the flowers I have planted on there. Melissa |
