How to decorate Pictures
 
Does anyone know how to add backrounds on their pics and put borders around them for holidays? I want to fitx this pic I have of the midgets and make it 'Halloweenish' ;) I also want to add a backround to it, instead of the one that's there, if anyone can help me i would appreciate it:)

I use PhotoSuite. They have a lot of cute things to decorate with.

I did this all on blingee but the only problem with blingess is their insignia is on everything

I couldn't see the picture...I am curious to see where their logo is on the picture. I have never heard of this site...but I would love to see what it is all about!

Well, I can't do anything in the kodak gallery. What is the secret. i don't even see a place for frames except those expensive ones you order from them.

Thank you so much! I use many different programs but the main one is Jasc Paint Shop Pro...Corel bought them out, so I guess it is now Corel PSP. I have tried Photo Shop (everyone says it is so much better and more powerful) but I seem to always gravitate back to PSP.

All these websites i go to say to pay. I suck:( Does anyone know how to put a backround on a picture? I have the pic already....i want to put this backround instead of the one i have.

Hey Sarah, I don't know if you've figured anything out yet or not....but if you want some pictures done, I'd be happy to do them for you :) UNLESS of course you just want to do them yourself, and if so - I totally understand LOL :D

On some of the programs they have an eraser. You click on it and click on your picture and erases all the background. you pick the color you want to earase with and it turns your background that color.
