| I groomed him myself! Brutus was getting a little scraggly around his ears, feet and butt and I was thinking of taking him to a groomer but decided to try and do it myself and it wasn't so bad. I groomed him first then gave him a bath. He didn't like getting the pads of his paws cut and I'm still not done doing it. I figured I'd give him a break but I was able to trim his ears and the butt area with my husband's moustache trimmer. Sshhh..don't tell my husband I used it on Brutus' butt! Did I miss anything? Do you trim the hair around the legs or just let it grow long? I also see his eyes are glowing green. Does this mean he'll have a silky coat? Oh please tell me it does!

| Thanks! I used the day to day conditioner from Chrissysytems and the ice on ice. I also used a small amount of Redken anti-snap leave-in conditioner and I've never seen his coat this soft and shiny. Now let's see how long this lasts!

| What? No pictures of Brutus' butt? JK! Hubby and I are laughing because that's just what I used under Bodhi's tail, too. Man! The hair is so very thick under there! Bodhi told me it was time to quit before I could get it as short as I want. I also had to do his chest hair, too. He had started leaving drips as he walked away from his wee pad. (Not fun to step in!) Your ears turned out very well!! Will have to try that, too. Great job, Brutus'mama! |
